Terms & Conditions — bdjll Platform Rules

By accessing, registering on, or using the bdjll platform in any capacity — whether as a registered member or an unregistered visitor — you enter into a legally binding agreement with bdjll and acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted all provisions of these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which are incorporated herein by reference.

bdjll reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. When a material change is made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. It is the Player's responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the bdjll platform following any such change constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions are written and published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

To be eligible to open and maintain a bdjll account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the life of your account:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You are accessing bdjll from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, or close family member of an employee of bdjll or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from bdjll or had an account closed by bdjll for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not subject to any court order or other legal restriction that would prevent you from doing so.

bdjll reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point, including before processing any withdrawal. Acceptable documentation includes a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified in our request will result in account suspension pending verification.

If bdjll discovers — at any point — that a Player was under 18 years of age at the time of registration or at any time during which their account was active, bdjll will void all transactions conducted during the period of underage use, return any net deposits made during that period (after deducting any withdrawals already paid), and permanently close the account. No winnings generated during the underage period will be paid under any circumstances.

Each individual may hold only one (1) bdjll account. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or affiliated accounts by the same individual — whether using a different name, email address, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or pending withdrawals held within them.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information whenever it changes. bdjll is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.

You are solely responsible for the confidentiality and security of your bdjll login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. bdjll will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must notify the bdjll support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

bdjll accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, or from your disclosure of those credentials to any third party. All activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — remains your responsibility until bdjll is formally notified of an unauthorised access event and has had a reasonable opportunity to act on that notification.

bdjll supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment channels, including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank, may be available subject to periodic review. Minimum and maximum transaction limits applicable to each payment method are displayed at the point of transaction and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

All funds deposited into your bdjll account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts, shared payment instruments, or unverified sources may be reversed, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation. bdjll applies anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures to all transactions and reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal above a threshold determined at bdjll's sole discretion.

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order in which they are received. bdjll targets same-day processing for verified accounts, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and the player's bank or mobile financial service. bdjll accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors once a withdrawal has been dispatched from the platform.

bdjll does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. All applicable fees charged by third-party payment providers are the Player's sole responsibility. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, will be disclosed prior to the completion of any transaction.

Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds awarded by bdjll are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion-specific terms. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be completed within thirty (30) days of the bonus being credited to the account. Failure to complete wagering within this window will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from the account.

Bonus Eligibility: Each welcome bonus is available to new registered members on their first qualifying deposit only. One welcome bonus per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Where a round cannot be determined due to a malfunction, bdjll reserves the right to void the round and return the wager to the Player's account. bdjll accepts no liability for lost winnings resulting from technical disruptions beyond its reasonable control.

Sports betting markets offered on bdjll — covering cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events), football, kabaddi, and other sports — are subject to the specific rules governing each market, including rules on void bets, dead heats, postponed events, and live in-play settlement. These rules are published within the sports betting section of the platform and are updated periodically.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdjll platform:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or misrepresenting your age, location, or identity in any way.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share hole-card information in poker variants, or engage in any form of coordinated cheating.
• Multiple accounts: Creating or using more than one bdjll account, whether for the purpose of claiming duplicate bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Chargeback abuse: Initiating chargebacks, disputes, or payment reversals with your payment provider after funds have been used for wagering on the platform.

• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive conduct towards bdjll staff or other members of the bdjll community via any communication channel.

bdjll reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons: breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraud, money laundering, or collusion; failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe; account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months; or any other reason that bdjll, in its sole discretion, determines to be in the interest of the security and integrity of the platform.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the bdjll support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a voluntary closure request, bdjll will process any outstanding withdrawals of verified, wagering-complete funds before closing the account. Bonus balances and any funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — including suspected problem gambling — may request self-exclusion through the bdjll responsible gaming tools. Self-exclusion periods range from six (6) months to permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, bdjll will use reasonable technical measures to prevent the excluded player from opening a new account on the platform. In the event of account closure by bdjll due to a confirmed breach of these Terms & Conditions, bdjll reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending the outcome of any investigation. Where fraud or misrepresentation is confirmed, the entire balance may be forfeited and the matter referred to law enforcement agencies as appropriate.

Inactive accounts — defined as accounts in which no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has taken place for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months — may be subject to an inactivity fee of up to ৳500 per month, deducted from the available balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the Player. Players will be notified by email before inactivity fees commence.
